Starters and Snacks :: Chilled Hors d'oeuvres
1 lrg. can pineapple chunks
3/4 C. vinegar
1 (4-in.) stick cinnamon
1 1/4 C. sugar
Dash salt
6 to 8 cloves
The day before servings, drain syrup from pineapple. To a saucepan, add all ingredients; bring to boil. Refrigerate unitl servings time. Drain well. Serve ice cold with wooden picks.
