Starters and Snacks :: Chilled Hors d'oeuvres


Lincoln Log


8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 C. diced red onion
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 C. chopped walnuts
2 to 3 fresh rosemary sprigs
Assorted crackers


In a mixing bowl, Mix together cheeses, onion, Worcestershire sauce and celery seed; beat until fluffy. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hr..


Shape into a 7 x 1 1/2-in. log; roll in walnuts. Insert rosemary sprigs for branches.


Serve with crackers.
