Recipe for cooking hot artichoke spread

Hot Artichoke Spread


1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped finely
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
1/3 C. mayonnaise
2/3 C. Parmesan cheese, grated


Mix together all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Place in a lightly greased casserole dish and bake for 20 min. at 350 degrees F.


Serve warm with crackers and/or toast points.
