Starters and Snacks :: Chilled Hors d'oeuvres
3 canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1/4 tsp. sauce from peppers
1 C. mayonnaise
1/2 C. sour cream
1 to 2 tsp. lemon juice
2 green onions, chopped
Chop peppers and Mix together with remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hr..
Serve with tortilla chips or vegetables.
