Quick Meals- Salads and Sandwiches :: Chicken and Turkey Sandwiches

4 boneless chicken breasts
1 pkg. fajita seasoning mix
1 C. chunky salsa
1/4 C. water
1 lrg. buns
4 slices Monterey jack cheese
Red onion
Avocado
Salsa
In a sm. bowl, Mix together fajita seasoning, 1 C. salsa, and water; pour into a lrg. zip-type bag and add chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hr..
Heat grill for med. coals. Remove chicken from bag and reserve marinade. Grill chicken, basting with marinade, for 5 to 7 min. on each side or until chicken is done. Place on buns and top with cheese, avocado, onion and salsa.
