Quick Meals- Salads and Sandwiches :: Cheese Sandwiches
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 (6 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 C. finely sliced scallions
1/4 C. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. curry powder
Dash of salt
Bread of crackers
In a bowl, Mix together the first seven ingredients; mix well. Spread on bread or crackers.
Makes approximately 2 C..
