Starters and Snacks :: Cheese Balls
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 Tbsp. milk
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. chopped fresh chives
2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
Coarsely ground black pepper
Mix together first 5 ingredients. Shape mixture into two 5-in. logs. Roll in coarsely ground black pepper. Cover and chill at least 3 hr..
Serve with assorted crackers.
