2 C. unsalted butter
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
Grated peel of 2 lemons
Slowly melt butter in a sm. saucepan over low heat ( DO NOT STIR). Skim off white foam. Pour clarified butter into a med. size bowl, leaving sediment to the bottom of pan. Stir in Dill and lemon peel. Keep warm until ready to serve. Great for lobster and fish.
