Starters and Snacks :: Butters and Spreads
Delicious on pancakes and waffles! Can also be used as a topping for lb. cake.
1/2 C. sugar
1/4 C. orange juice concentrate
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 C. fresh or frozen blueberries
In a saucepan, Mix together sugar, orange juice concentrate and cornstarch; stir until smooth over low heat. Add blueberries and bring to a boil; boil for 2 min., stirring constantly.
