Servings size: 8 to 10
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 C. sour cream
1/4 C. mayonnaise
1 C. seafood cocktail sauce
2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 (4 1/4 oz.) cans shrimp, rinsed and drained
3 green onions, sliced
3/4 C. chopped finely tomato
In a sm. bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth. Spread on a 12-in. round servings platter. Cover with seafood sauce. Sprinkle with cheese, shrimp, onions and tomato. Cover and chill.
Yield: 8 - 10 servings
