1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. garlic salt
3 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. paprika
1 lb. good quality margarine (not lite or whipped)
3/4 lb. finely grated Cheddar cheese
3 oz. Romano cheese. grated
Mix with electric mix until well blended. Spread on bread and place until broiler until bubbly and browned lightly.
