Muffuletta Spread


1 C. pitted Spanish green olives
1 C. pitted black or Kalamata olives
1/4 C. chopped red onion
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. horseradish
2 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Dash Louisiana Hot Sauce
Dash Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 C. extra virgin olive oil
Italian bread slices

Mix together first 10 ingredients in food processor. With processor running, add oil. Process until ingredients are about the size of a sm. to med. dice. Do not over-process. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hr..

Serve with toasted Italian bread slices.
