Starters and Snacks :: Butters and Spreads

This is one of my favorite and most requested spreads. It is very flavorful and delicious. You can use it as a seasoning when cooking vegetables or place a heaping tsp. on top of tomato half. The possibilities are endless with a bit of imagination.
8 oz. butter
1 lb. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. dill
1 Tbsp. freshly ground pepper
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. marjoram
Thoroughly cream butter and cream cheese in electric mixer. Add spices and mix well.
Place in sm. bowl, cover with plastic wrap, allow spices to blend overnight in refrigerator before using. Serve with crackers.
