1/2 C. churned honey
1/3 C. toasted, chopped pecans
Orange Cranberry Butter
1/2 C. (1 stick) butter
Zest of 1 orange, finely minced
1/2 C. plumped dried cranberries, finely minced
1/2 C. fresh cranberries, finely minced
1/4 C. confectioner\",s sugar
Cinnamon Butter
1/2 C. (1 stick) butter
2 Tbsp. cream cheese
1/4 C. confectioner\,s sugar
1 to 2 tea. cinnamon
SAVORY BUTTERS
Roasted Garlic and Cilantro Butter
1/2C. (1 stick) butter
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. minced cilantro
1/4 very finely minced roasted garlic
1/3C. minced roasted red pepper
Horseradish and Dijon Butter
1/2C. (1 stick) butter
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tea. white horseradish
Lemon and Herb Butter
1/2C. (1 stick) butter
1 Tbsp. lemon zest
