Starters and Snacks :: Butters and Spreads
This is terrific on toasted English muffins or bagels.
1/2 C. (125 ml) low-fat ricotta cheese
3 Tbsp. (45 ml) cocoa powder
2 Tbsp. (30 ml) sugar
1/2 tsp. (2 ml) almond extract or flavoring
Blend all ingredients together. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Makes approximately approximately 1/2 C. (125 ml).
