Quick Meals- Salads and Sandwiches :: Beef Sandwiches
1 (3 lb.) boneless beef roast
1 med. onion, chopped
1/3 C. vinegar
3 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
12 hamburger buns, split
Cut roast in half; place in a crockpot. Mix together next 5 ingredients; pour over roast. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 to 12 hr. or until meat is very tender.
Discard bay leaves. Remove meat and shred with a fork. Serve on buns. Servings 12.
