Taco Soup


1 lrg. onion, diced
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes & green chiles
1 (11 oz.) canned corn with red and green bell peppers
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can low-fat or fat-free canned refried black beans
2 cans water (3 1/2 C.)
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 pkg. ranch salad dressing mix (dry)


Saut onion with canola oil cooking spray. When softened, Mix together all other ingredients and cook until heated through.


Makes approximately 9-10 C.. Servings size is 1 C.. 2 WW points per servings.
