Low-Fat and Low-Calorie Recipes :: Beef Recipes
1 C. chunky salsa, divided
6 Tbsp. fat free sour cream
1 lb. 90% lean lean ground beef
1/2 C. quick oats, uncooked
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
3/4 C. shredded Kraft reduced fat Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 5-in. bread loaf pan with extra virgin olive oil flavored cooking spray.
In a med. bowl, Mix together 1/2 C. salsa and sour cream. Refrigerate. In a lrg. bowl, Mix together meat, oats, remaining 1/2 C. salsa, parsley flakes and Cheddar cheese. Mix well to Mix together.
Pat mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake for 45 to 50 min. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5 min.
Cut into 6 servings. Servings size 1 slice.
When servings, top each piece with 2 Tbsp. sour cream mixture.
