1/3 C. water
3 C. (thinly sliced raw potatoes
1 1/2 C. chopped onions
3 C. sliced cabbage
1 1/2 C. shredded carrots
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. black pepper
3 (2.5 oz.) pkg.s Carl Budding Lean
Corned Beef, shredded
Put water in bottom of 10-in. skillet. Arrange sliced potatoes in water. Layer onion, cabbage, carrots, parsley and pepper over potatoes. Top with corned beef.
Cover and simmer over med heat for 20 min. Mix well before servings.
Servings 6.
