Tuna Guacamole Salad


Ingredients:


2 6-ounce cans tuna
1 tomato, seeded & diced
2 avocados, 1 diced, 1 pureed ( see directions below )
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
dash of cayenne pepper
dash of salt
dash of black pepper


Directions:


Puree one avocado with the garlic, vinegar, cayenne, salt & pepper.
Drain the tuna and toss it with the puree, the tomato and the other avocado.
