Sesame Spinach SaladIngredients: 1 pound flat-leaf spinach, stemmed & washed Directions: Boil the spinach in lightly salted water for 30 seconds or until
just tender. Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat
for two minutes. Season to taste with the soy sauce or sugar ( this salad should
