Shrimp & Feta Cheese Salad


Ingredients:


8 ounces cooked shrimp, chopped
2 small firm zucchini, coarsely chopped
2 Roma ( plum ) tomatoes, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
6 mini pita breads
salt
pepper


Directions:


Mix all the ingredients except the bread in a medium sized bowl salting and peppering to taste.
Serve in the pita bread.
