Scallop & Vegetable SaladScallop and vegetable salad is a delightful salad that can be a meal in itself. Served with a hearty steak and potatoes, you have the makings of a wonderful evening. Ingredients: 1 pound fresh Bay scallops Directions: Take your scallops, lime juice, scallions, coriander, oil, garlic, salt, and Tabasco put into a large bowl and cover. Put into refrigerator overnight. Stir it every now and then. If you do not like scallops, this recipe can be made with any seafood you like, especially crab, crayfish, lobster, or shrimp. |
