Greens & Grapes


Ingredients:


2 cups watercress leaves
2 cups butter lettuce leaves, torn into bite-sized pieces
1 cup seedless grapes
1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
1/2 cup crumbled Roquefort cheese
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
6 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp mild mustard
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste


Directions:


Mix the lettuce, grapes, pine nuts, watercress and cheese into medium sized bowl.
Whisk the oil, vinegar and mustard together. Salt and pepper to taste.
