Chef's Salad


Ingredients:


3 cups iceberg or leaf lettuce, torn
3 spinach or romaine lettuce
4 ounces fully cooked ham, chicken, turkey, or beef cut into thin strips
1 cup cubed Swiss, cheddar, American or crumbled blue cheese
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges or 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small green or sweet red pepper, cut into rings
3 tbsp green onion, sliced
1 cup croutons
3/4 cup creamy salad dressing of choice.


Directions:


Toss the lettuce and romaine or spinach it a large bowl.
Arrange the other ingredients over the greens.
Drizzle your favorite creamy dressing on top and serve.
