Greek Salad Dip Recipe
Greek Salad is a two in one salad. You can prepare it use as a delicious dip or thicken it a bit and use it as dressing for a salad.
Ingredients:
1 bag feta cheese, crumbled up
1 can black olives, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
3 green onions, diced
½ c salad dressing, I prefer Caesars
Directions:
Take your bag of cheese and put into a bowl, then open the olives, drain them and put them in the bowl. Next, take your chopped tomatoes and onions add them to the bowl. Top off with your dressing and chill about ½ hour in the refrigerator. You can make this ahead of time but do not put the dressing on it until ½ hour ahead of the time you plan on serving. This is wonderful with hot bread on the side as well. |
