Thousand Island Dressing
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chili sauce
2 tbsp pimiento-stuffed olives, finely chopped
2 tbsp green or sweet red pepper, finely chopped
2 tbsp onion. finely chopped
1 tsp prepared horseradish
1 hard-boiled egg, finely chopped
1 tbsp milk
Mix the mayonnaise and chili sauce together in a small bowl.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients, except for the milk.
Cover the dressing and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Before serving, stir the milk into the dressing to achieve the correct
consistency.
