Mustard Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp red or white wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup olive or vegetable oil
salt
ground black pepper
Directions:
Whisk the mustard and vinegar together in a small bowl.
Salt and pepper to task, then slowly whisk in the oil, drizzling
it into the other ingredients in a fine stream.
