Basic Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
3 tbsp red or white wine vinegar or fresh lemon
juice
1/2 cup vegetable oil or olive oil
salt
ground black pepper
Directions:
Whisk all the ingredients except the oil together in a small bowl
until the salt dissolves.
Add extra salt and pepper to if needed. Cover the dressing and refrigerate
it for up to one week.
