African Peanut Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup peanut oil
juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
salt
ground black pepper

Directions:

Combine the ingredients, salting and peppering to taste, and mix well.
