Aniseed VinaigretteFor the Aniseed Vinaigrette salad dressing recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
Put the first four ingredients into a blender. Pulse until chopped to a medium consistency. Add vinegar and turn on low. Now add oil, slowly, mixing until emulsified. Add your seasonings to taste, like salt and pepper. Some people even like to add goat cheese on top of the greens, with a bit of chives. Refrigerate any unused portions. Normally will stay fresh for up to 7 days in the refrigerator. To store for a longer period make sure you place the remainder in an airtight container for up to seven days. Makes about ½-cup portion. |
