This food processor can handle many small jobs with ease and a lot of power.  You will have to cut some things down to fit into it but otherwise it will do the job. The Cuisinart Mini Prep DLC-1SS will not cut big items such as cabbage, but if you are searching for a food processor to chop garlic or mix tuna sandwiches then it works great. It will do some larger jobs as you will see when you check out the recipe book.
