Default Cabbage Rolls

1 large head of cabbage. Remove leaves, cut away hard ribs, place leaves in boiling water with 1 teaspoon of vinegar to soften.\r\n\r\n1 pound lean ground beef\r\n1 large onion, chopped\r\n1/2 teaspoon pepper\r\nsalt to taste\r\n2 cups cooked rice\r\n1 can tomato soup\r\n\r\nCook rice for 10 minutes. Partially fry ground beef and onions. Add seasonings, mix well. Place spoonfuls of mixture on cabbage leaf, roll up, tucking in each end to seal. Cover bottom of baking pan with extra leaves, placing rolls firmly together over this. Mix soup with boiling water and cover rolls. Bake at 300 degrees F for about 1 hour.
