Baked Lemon Halibut
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.\r\n\r\n2 lbs halibut steak\r\n2 tbsp fresh lemon juice\r\n1 tbsp grated onion\r\n1/4 melted butter\r\nsalt and pepper\r\n\r\nStart by cutting the halibut steaks into serving pieces. Salt and pepper both sides of the halibut and combine the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. Dip the halibut into the mixture and place in a shallow casserole dish and sprinkle with leftover lemon mixture. Bake approximately 25-30 minutes or until the fish flakes easily and is still moist. \r\n\r\nFor presentation you can sprinkle the top of it with either paprika or some chopped parsley.\r\n\r\nServes 4.
