Nachos
This recipe is fast and easy. It is great when you are just by yourself or if you want to make a smaller plate of Nachos as an appetizer or side dish.\r\n\r\nEnough round Nacho chips to cover the pan you are using in the toaster oven. (this will vary depending on the size of oven you have)\r\nRefried Beans (red or black)\r\n1-2 Plum Tomatoes, diced\r\n2-3 Green Onions, sliced\r\n125 grams (or more) shredded Monterey Jack or Marble Cheddar cheese\r\n\r\nSpread refried beans on each chip and fill the pan with the chips. Sprinkle tomatoes, green onions and then the cheese over the chips. Bake at 350 degrees for about 5 mintutes or until the cheese is nicely melted.\r\n\r\nRemove from the oven and serve with sour cream, salsa or guacamole on the side.
