Default Spicy Bean Dip

2 cans (15 oz. each) of refried beans\r\n1 teaspoon hot pepper or tabasco sauce\r\n1/2 cup sour cream\r\n1/2 cup hot salsa\r\n8 oz. of grated Monterey Jack cheese\r\n\r\nMix all of the ingredients and about half of the cheese in a bowl. Put the mixture into shallow casserole dish and then sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes, or until it starts to bubble. Serve with tortilla chips.

This recipe if fantastic! I used it as a starting point yesterday when I made it. My husband can't handle the spicey part of the recipe... So I did not add the hot sauce and I just used a mild salsa. It worked out great and my hubby was not up all night with his acid reflux
