Pizza bagels are great! Just spread some pizza or tomato sauce on the bagel and it is ready to go. I have found that lightly toasting the cut side of the bagel using the broiler keeps the bagel from getting soggy.\r\n\r\nAs for toppings, the sky is the limit! I like mushrooms, green peppers and hot Italian sausage and of course... lots of cheese! \r\n\r\nI also like to put pizza pockets in the toaster oven instead of the microwave. They get that pizzaria baked crust!
