Default Turkey Melts

It is the season of the Turkey... Part II  It seems like only a month ago it was the season of the Turkey Part I. So I thought I would pass on something else to do with the leftovers!\r\n\r\nStart with some bread, I kind of like a dark or light rye.\r\nSlap on some Mayo, then pile on the turkey (we're goin' open face on this one!) a little lettuce, some slices of tomato (now I have a friend who takes this opportunity to throw sourkraut on, but that is not for me!) then some pepper(fresh ground) and a slice of cheese... Hey, put that cheddar way, go crazy, through some other kind of cheese on top! Havarti? Swiss? Provalone? Lots to choose from... but stay away from the blue! Then put it in the toaster oven on broil and just wait until the cheese starts to bubble and then take it out and enjoy!
