Default Salmon under the Broiler

My kids like it when I do Salmon under the broiler. \r\n\r\n1 Can of Salmon\r\n2 teaspoons Mayonaise\r\n1 Chive (green onion)\r\n3 Bagels cut in half\r\n\r\nMix the ingredients in a bowl.\r\nLightly toast the Bagels.\r\nSpread salmon mixture over the bagels and broil on high for a few minutes.\r\nTake them out and serve. My kids like putting sweet green relish on them.\r\n\r\nEnjoy!\r\n\r\nNancy

Wow.. sorry it took so long to get back on this one!.... I have been really busy but I did get a chance to make this and it was great! I am always looking for new ways to do canned salmon and tuna. Thanks for the recipe. \r\n\r\nCarrie

Cool idea for making salmon! I usually just slap it between two pieces of bread. I'll have to try this recipe. Good post! \r\n\r\nSteven

Hey, just writing to say that I made some today and it was great! I used 1 can of Salmon but it did not look like it was going to be enough so I added a can of Tuna. Turned out really good and the Relish thing was great as well!\r\n\r\n\r\nSteven
