I'll do these for a quick lunch for my kids or even for a snack. I'll take English muffins and top each half with pizza sauce (or even spaghetti sauce), mozz cheese and pepperoni. I'll just toast them and watch them so they don't get burned and it's quicker than setting the toaster oven to 425 and wait for 10 minutes. The kids love them!!
