![]() Ingredients [font="Garamond"] 1 pound of cooked ham, ground in a food processor 1 1/2 pounds of lean ground pork 1 egg 1 cup of fresh bread crumbs 3/4 to 1 cup of milk Salt to taste Black pepper to taste For the glaze: 1 cup of brown sugar 1/2 cup of vinegar 1/2 cup of water 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard Method of Preparing Mix the first seven ingredients together and shape into a loaf, and place in a loaf pan. Mix the glaze ingredients together well and pour about 1/2 of the mixture over the loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours, basting about every 15 to 20 minutes after the 1st hour of cooking.
