Iced coffee is delicious if made right. As stated, simply brew your coffee at double-strength and pour over ice cubes. With a little cream, it's delicious.

Well now...it may...or may not...CIO...\r\n\r\nHow to make Perfect Iced Coffee\r\n\r\nThis won't work unless you can put ice cubes in your\r\nblender without breaking it. You might want to test it\r\nfirst. I'll wait ... Did it break?\r\n\r\nNo? Good. Then let's proceed\r\n\r\nFirst get some good coffee. Hopefully from us.\r\n\r\nBrew up a pot and let it cool some because you're\r\ngoing to make ice cubes with it and you don't want to\r\nmelt your ice cube tray.\r\n\r\nMake coffee ice cubes.\r\n\r\nNow it's time to not break your blender. Put in 6 to 8\r\ncoffee cubes per serving into the blender.\r\n\r\nAdd a 2 to 3 ounces per serving of cream, half & half,\r\nmilk, nonfat milk, pre-mixed non-dairy creamer, soy or\r\nrice milk, or whatever milk-like substance you prefer\r\ninto the blender...ice cream always comes to my mind.\r\n\r\n(Real Important) Put The Top on the Blender before you\r\nturn it on.\r\n\r\nTurn on the blender. (Noisy isn't it?)\r\n\r\nBlend until the mixture is almost milkshake-like.\r\n\r\n(Real Important) Turn off the blender before you take\r\nthe top off to taste.\r\n\r\nAdd whatever sugar-like substance you use to taste.\r\n\r\nBlend a bit to more make sure the sweetener is\r\nincorporated.\r\n\r\nTaste it again. Good isn't it?\r\n\r\nIf your blender breaks and you really like this type\r\nof iced coffee you might want to buy an ice crusher\r\n... and another blender. Cheap blenders\r\ntolerate pre-crushed coffee cubes mo' better.\r\n\r\nDo not make this drink at night because blender noise\r\nwakes up all the dogs within a two block radius.\r\n\r\nNote:\r\nAdding alcohol to this iced drink during the blending\r\nstage makes a fine refreshing summer drink that turns\r\nmowing the lawn into a challenging and possibly lethal\r\ntask.\r\n\r\nWhat you put in determines what you get out...\r\n\r\nEnjoy!\r\n\r\n~~S~~
