Default i-Roast models

I recently purchased an i-Roast personal roaster just for small batches of coffee and mainly for cupping. Despite my hesitance in getting it, because it is hot air heated, upon using it the first time I was very happy. This little i-Roast, which roasts up to two cups of green beans is actually quite capable! Although the beans didn't smell roasted until the next morning, the color and density was very similar to large batches we roast in a 25lb. Diedrich commercial roaster. Suffice to say I have no affiliation with i-Roast or any company that sells them but I would recommend them to anyone wanting to home-roast or cuppers anywhere. \r\n\r\nIt is also nice because it has an attachment for a dryer exhaust tube if you want to roast inside as well!!! Very cool machine, fun and exciting---can entertain guests for coffee tastings, etc....try it out sometime!\r\n\r\nJeff
