Default coffee goes cold in the french press

I gave a nice French Press to my girl-friend for her birthday, but she does not like it, because coffee goes cold very quickly. Is there any way to avoid this?

Default Insulative Cafetiere?

Hi \r\n\r\nI am an industrial design student at Loughborough University (England). I have been researching people and their coffee drinking habits. And this seems to be a problem that comes up again and again. \r\nI have seen some ceramic cafetieres on the market, which i guess would keep the coffee warmer for longer. Alternatively there are coffee makers with insulative (thermos like) jugs. Or you could get a Coffee cosy? (if they make them). \r\nOtherwise get yourself one of these http://www.pr.clickbird.com/catalog/...R&Mode=Kitchen . Only problem is you cant see the coffee inside! \r\n\r\nAny thoughts?\r\n\r\nTim

Sorry, but I do not need another coffee making device. I just need to know how to make my coffee stay warm longer in French Press.

I have recently found Frieling s/s thermal french press. Because it is thermal coffee is still hot when dispensed.
