Hi! I own Bialetti stovetop espresso maker and I never could get good crema with it. Am I doing something wrong? Is it possible at all to get crema with a stovetop maker?\r\n\r\nThanks and happy Easter!

To get a decent crema, you will need to make a shot under pressure, which is impossible in stove top maker. But you will be able to get a very good cup of moka instead of esspresso with crema

Yes, buy a good espresso machine if you want to get crema.
