Default Crock Pots

I am looking at getting a crock pot. I am just not sure what size to get. I have a husband and 2 kids and I want one that will have a lot of different recipes. When I look at recipes on-line I am not sure if they are for larger Crock Pots or smaller ones. I would really hate to start making a recipe and then find that it is overflowing on my counter! \r\n\r\nCan anyone help?\r\n\r\nThanx,\r\n\r\nCarrie

I have the 2 quart Crock Pot and I find it is good for a family of 4. I also agree with you about recipes that are on-line, sometimes you wonder if it is for the larger models. But the one I have came with a recipe book so that seems to suit my needs.

Thanx for the replies Marco, that looks like a really big slow cooker! I will have to see if I can find one in my local department stores.\r\n\r\n\r\nCarrie
