I usually like to make this salad around Christmas time as the Clementines always seem fresher. Where I shop they have a lettuce mix called Mesclun Mix which is loose but contains some of the more exotic lettuces that you would not normally buy. 1/2 a bag to a bag of Meslun Mix 5 Clementines 1 1/2 cups of bean sprouts 1/2 a cup of sliced almonds or sunflower seeds (unsalted) President's Choice Mango Vinaigrette If you can not find the President's Choice Mango Vinaigrette any other fruit based Vinaigrette that would complement the Clementines should do.
