Default Radish Salad

4 small grapefruit\r\n4 green onion, thinly sliced\r\n1/2 cup pitted black olives\r\n12 radishes, thinly sliced\r\n\r\nDressing\r\n1/4 cup olive oil\r\n3 tbsp grapefruit juice\r\nsalt and freshly ground pepper\r\n\r\nPeel the grapefruits and cut into sections over a bowl to catch the juice. Toss the grapefruit sections, green onions, olives and radishes in a salad bowl and chil until ready to serve.\r\n\r\nWhisk together the dressing ingredients. Just before serving the salad, pour over the dressing and gently toss together.

I'll give this recipe 2 thumbs up! I tried it over the weekend and it was great. Good time of the year for Florida Grapefruits.... I used the pink ones.... :lol:

Great recipe. I luv radishes and they are in season now. I would have never thought to try them with grapefruits.. but WOW! :lol:

Fantastic recipe. I slipped a little horseradish in it just to give it some heat. Turned out alright!
