![]() Ingredients 1/2 cup low-fat Italian salad dressing 1 15-ounce can kidney beans, drained 1 15-ounce can pinto beans, drained 1 15-ounce can black-eyed peas, drained 1 10-ounce package frozen Fordhook lima beans, thawed completely 1 cup frozen corn, thawed completely 1 large red bell pepper, seeded and chopped 1/2 medium onion, chopped 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper Method of Preparing Toss all ingredients together.
