Default Cafe Latte

For 1 serving take 1/2 cup milk and 1/3 cup hot freshly brewed espresso. Heat milk in small saucepan on low heat, stirring briskly and constantly with wire whisk to create foam. Pour coffee into large cup or mug and stir in milk.

I used to think Latte is just and espresso mixed with plenty of steamed milk. Now I know how to make it.

Honestly, I do not know about such substitutes. I like natural milk in my coffee.
